This type mold normally use for cutting corrugated carton cardboard self-adhesive paper, laminated sheet, foam, magnet or other low density material by flat die cutting machine or latter press machinery.

Also in industrial processing this type can be used for texture, ladder, artificial ladder, foam , transparent .nylon sheets, industrial carpet or such low density material even some more by pre-heat processed materials.

Label die-cutting mold

Label (sticker) die-cutting is smaller than ordinary die-cutting .this kind can be more accrete than ordinary mold because of blade smaller size. So they can be bending in smaller Radius carve. Die board of this mold is based on PVC sheet can be made in flat bed or rotary bed. The height of this blade is normally 8 mm.

Flat normal die- cutting mold

Normal die cutting mold is based on 18 mm plywood that the blade height of is 38 mm. the plywood cut by laser CNC machine and bended blade lay down in this cutting line. Blade can be cutting rule, creasing rule, Perforating Rule, wave rule, glue flap rule, zipper rule, sharp teeth rule, zipper rule,....

Malty function die -cutting mold

Some thin we need to do some function during cutting process. This function could be making special form or embossing paper. This is posable by using some additional part like embosses attachment and special mandrel matrix in die –cutting mold. Normally this series use for cardboard embossing and cutting form after printing process.

Rotary die- cutting mold

This series die-cutting mold use by rotary die cutting machine. The type of the machinery determines the dimeter of the plywood based cylinder that is half of circle. Two of half circle together surroundings rotary cylinder. The thickness of plywood is 18 mm and height of blade is same as normal size 38 mm

Because of rotary form the rotary machine can performance faster and continuous product.
